General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Shipping
Orders are shipped by"Hamalfitè® Beachwear", Monday through Friday with the hours of 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.
Orders placed over the weekend will be processed starting the following Monday morning and will be shipped within 5 business days.
Hamalfitè ships worldwide via GLS couriers for Italy, UPS for Abroad with AIR EXPRESS service.
It is important when ordering to include a correct e-mail address and phone number.
If the GLS courier does not find anyone at the time of delivery, they will contact the customer by e-mail to schedule a second delivery free of charge. If GLS does not receive a response to the e-mail sent, it will NOT make a second delivery and the package will return to the sender after 10 days and the charges resulting from the storage will be charged to the recipient.
The courier does not always notify the customer by phone for delivery, so it is important to include an exact e-mail address when ordering
Please note: it is not possible to change the address nor the order after making the purchase.
Deliveries are delivered Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Estimated delivery time from date of shipment:
ITALY: 1-5 business days;
USA AND CANADA 3-5 days depending on destinations;
EUROPE: 2 days for major destinations / 3 - 4 days for remote destinations;
SOUTH AMERICA: 5 - 6 days;
ASIA AND MIDDLE EAST: 2 - 3 days;
AUSTRALIA AND OCEANIA: 3 - 4 days for major destinations / 4 - 5 days for remote destinations;
AFRICA: 3 - 5 days;
Hamalfitè is not responsible for any delays due to customs operations and inspections, delays by the courier or force majeure beyond Hamalfitè's control.
During the promotions period, shipments may take longer.
In all cases Hamalfitè reserves the right to postpone the shipment if events with force majeure occur.
The right of withdrawal is understood to be properly exercised if the following conditions are fully met:
Within dieco (10) days of receipt of the products, you must properly complete and transmit the return form by registered mail to the address of, or by e-mail to the address
- The products must not have been used, worn or washed;
- The identification tag must still be attached to the products with the disposable seal;
- Products must be returned in their original packaging;
- Returned products must be delivered to the company within seven (7) days beginning when you have notified the Seller of your decision to withdraw from the contract;
- Products must not be damaged.
If you have complied with all the required conditions,pursuant to Article 56 of the Consumer Code will refund you the price of the products purchased, less shipping costs.

Credit card payments are accepted through Paypal and Braintree secure servers for cards: VISA, Postepay, CartaSI, Mastercard, Amex, Maestro, Paypal. Cash on delivery payment is also available. It is also possible to pay directly with a Paypal account.
Cash on delivery payment has an additional cost of € 5.00.
Exchange requests will be made within the following limits:
- you will be able to request the exchange of one or more products purchased only with products of the same model, having different size and/or color and therefore having the same sale price;
- you will be able to request the exchange of one or more products purchased no later than fourteen (14) working days from the date of their delivery, by means of a request via e-mail to the following address . The products to be exchanged must be delivered by courier of your choice and, therefore, the costs of exchange are at your expense.
- you will only be able to make one exchange request per product purchased;
- the products for which you request an exchange must be returned to Hamalfitè Beachwear, in their original packaging, unused, unworn, washed or damaged and the identification tag must still be attached with the disposable seal;
- products to be exchanged that are part of a single order must be sent to in a single shipment , in fact, reserves the right not to accept products from the same order shipped for exchange at different times.
If all of the above conditions are properly met, once the request for an exchange of goods is received, will provide for the shipment of the exchange.
Exchange or return shipping costs for abroad, are the responsibility of the customer, by shipping the returned or to be exchanged goods to the following address:
Upon receipt of the goods, will refund the customer for the full amount already paid, within 14 days from the date of withdrawal of the product. It will also ship the item requested by the customer for the exchange procedure. The product must be returned in perfect condition, with the original labels and with careful packaging in order to safeguard the original packaging.
