General Conditions of Sale and Shipping

Orders are shipped from "Hamalfitè® Beachwear", from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.

Orders placed over the weekend will be processed starting the following Monday morning

Hamalfitè ships all over the world through GLS couriers for Italy, and UPS for abroad with AIR EXPRESS service.

It is important, when ordering, to insert a correct e-mail address and telephone number;


Therefore, if the GLS courier does not find anyone at the time of delivery, he will contact the customer via eMail to schedule a second free delivery, if gls will not receive a reply to the sent email he will NOT make a second delivery and the package will return after 10 days. to the sender and the charges deriving from the storage will be charged to the recipient

The courier does not always contact the customer by phone, therefore it is important to insert an exact email address when ordering. N.B. it is not possible to change the address or the order after making the purchase.

Deliveries are delivered from Monday to Friday, from 9.00 to 19.00.


Estimated delivery times from the shipping date:

ITALY: 1-2 working days;
USA and Canada: 3-5 days depending on destinations;
EUROPE: 2 days for main destinations / 3 - 4 days for remote destinations;
SOUTH AMERICA: 5 - 6 days;
ASIA AND THE MIDDLE EAST: 2 - 3 days;
AUSTRALIA AD OCEANIA: 3 - 4 days for the main destinations / 4 - 5 days for the remote destinations;
AFRICA: 3 - 5 days;


Hamalfitè is not responsible for any delays due to customs operations and checks, delays by the courier or due to force majeure beyond the control of Hamalfitè.
During the promotion period, shipments may take longer.

In all cases, Hamalfitè reserves the right to postpone the shipment if events of force majeure occur.
 

Returns
The right of withdrawal is exercised correctly if the following conditions are fully met:


  •     within eight (8) days of receipt of the products, you must correctly complete and send the return form by registered letter to the address of Hamalfitè Beachwear, Via Francesco Napoli 8, 84081 Baronissi, SA Italy VAT number IT05666740658, or by e-mail to address info@hamalfite.com
  •     the products must not have been used, worn or washed;
  •     the identification tag must still be attached to the products with the disposable seal;
  •     the products must be returned in their original packaging;
  •     the returned products must be delivered to the company within seven (7) days starting from when you communicated to the Seller your decision to withdraw from the contract;
  •     the products must not be damaged.



If you have complied with all the required conditions, Hamalfitè Beachwear pursuant to art. 56 of the Consumer Code will refund the price of the products purchased, net of shipping costs.

Payments
Credit card payments are accepted through the secure Paypal and Braintree servers for the cards: VISA, Postepay, CartaSI, Mastercard, Amex, Maestro, Paypal. Cash on delivery payment is also available. Also you can pay directly with a Paypal account.


Cash on delivery has an additional cost of € 5.00.


Change
The exchange request will take place within the following limits:


  1.     you can request the exchange of one or more products purchased only with products of the same model, having different size and / or color, and therefore having the same selling price;
  2.     you can request the exchange of one or more products purchased no later than fourteen (8) working days from the date of their delivery, by request by e-mail at the following address: info@hamalfite.com. The products to be changed must be delivered by your chosen courier and, therefore, the exchange costs are at your expense.
  3.     you can make a single exchange request for each product purchased;
  4.     the products for which you request the change must be returned to Hamalfitè Beachwear, Via Francesco Napoli 8, 84081 Baronissi, SA Italy VAT number IT05666740658 in their original packaging, not used, nor worn, washed or damaged, and the identification tag must be still attached with the disposable seal;
  5. the products to be exchanged that are part of a single order must be sent to Hamalfitè in a single shipment. Hamalfitè, in fact, reserves the right not to accept products from the same order, shipped for exchange at different times.

        If all the conditions mentioned above are correctly respected once the request for a change of goods has been received, Hamalfitè will ship the change.


    Returns or exchanges abroad
    The shipping costs of exchange or return for abroad are charged to the customer by sending the returned goods or to be changed at the following address:

    Upon receipt of the goods, Hamalfitè will refund the customer for the full amount already paid, within 14 days from the date of withdrawal of the product. It will also send the item requested by the customer for the exchange procedure. The product must be returned in an intact state of conservation, with the original labels and with careful packaging in order to safeguard the original packaging.
